about whose hands the memories of one of the biggest days
of your life will be in. So, here goes... after graduating with a
BA in Fine Art, I spent several years in graphic design and
advertising for a national retail corporation. Looking for
something more personally rewarding, I joined my husband in
video production and found it to be the perfect fit for my
background in design.
Like most experienced professionals, I can give you a list of
accomplishments and awards, but the highlights include the
independent films I've been privileged to work on that have
been featured at the Sundance Festival, the NY Independent
Film Festival, and Madison Square Gardens. My specialty is
documentaries, and it's capturing glimpses of life that I love.
Why wedding videos? 'Cause it's a girl thing. The truth is, I'm
surrounded by boys... a husband, 2 sons, 3 dogs, 3 cats, and
a lizard-- and not a female among them! There's nothing like a
wedding to give me my "girl" fix, and it's such a thrill to capture
those fleeting moments that a still camera can miss. The wink
of a groom, the giggle of a bride, the tear of a mother. Every
time I work on a wedding video, I remember how I felt on my
own wedding day. My goal is to capture that same magic for
every couple we work with.
